The easiest healthiest breakfast ever πŸŒ

For two pancakes (one serving)

1 egg

1 banana

handful oats

cinnamon

crush banana in a bowl and add the egg, cream together, add the handful of oats and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Ladle half the mixture into one side of the pan and The other half to the other side (into a pancake shape) and heat until it has cooked enough to turn over … cook the other side .. once both are cooked put onto your favourite plate and serve with a spoonful of peanut butter πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ˜‹Β grab a coffee find a sunny spot and bingo … breakfast … told you it was easy … and a great source of protein if you are like me and have come back for a run or the gym etc x
